Yes. However, for non-emergency cases, we strongly recommend you book appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This is to ensure that you can meet doctors and receive appropriate services. 

It is convenient. There are multiple channels that you can request an appointment. The preferred way is via Telegram Messenger as per owners can chat or leave us messages and photos or videos. During making appointment, our team will ask you some information about patient’s history.

The standard vaccination program starts at 6-8 week old. Please discuss with our doctor if your pet requires specific needs.

Our clinic treats all patients with compassion and without discrimination. However, there are certain circumstances that we have to refuse or divert patients. The main reason is the limitation of medicines, equipments, and staffs. It is very unfortunate that the supplies of veterinary medicine and equipment are usually unavailable or at very high cost. Also, we all know that having a full service requires a lot of financial resources while our philosophy is to provide affordable healthcare to small animals, so we are working hard to have a well equipped hospital.
